For me it’s the most exciting advancement so far. My child has heart disease and will one day need a transplant (hopefully in 10+ years) and even if they were easy to come by it feels quite morbid to celebrate the [untimely] death of one person to save the life of another.
Xenotransplants is something I would expect from a book, very interesting.
