Doesn’t work with TV’s.
Depending on what you use on your TV, SmartTube may be an option. It even blocks sponsored segments within YouTube videos.

Smarttubenext doesn’t make pihole work. It blocks the ads itself. You also need an android TV or TV device to use it.
I assume the response to this would be a pi-hole, but I just don’t personally have the patience, energy, or spare running machine to set that up ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Pihole doesn’t block YouTube ads.
