Any rotations would then fall on the X axis, in degrees, unless specified otherwise. This way, the rotation would be on a standard body rotation of left and right. Else one may have to take a photo with a rotated body in possibly an inverted position… Or I suppose simply rotating the camera, which is less entertaining.

Uuummm, I don’t think so… at least not acording to the pic. If you rotate on the x-axis, essentially the body is moving like a gymnist on a high bar.
