minus-square@lepinkainenlinkEnglish3•9 months agoYou can contact people directly and if the job posting is in LinkedIn you can see the experience level of other applicants. The bit about seeing other applicants was key for me, I dared to apply for a job I thought I wasn’t qualified for.
