minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•9 months agoI’ve never heard of a judge doing such a thing at the end or after a trial, but it would be priceless to see the judge run down the laundry list of actions taken or not taken by the attorneys that they would be receiving fines for.
Isn’t it typical for a lawyer to be held in contempt for not following court rules? Will there be contempt proceedings near the end of the trial?
