Where I live, if no one is injured or anything, car break ins, car thefts, stuff like that - police just tell you to fill out an online form and you’ll get your police report in a few days. They will not show up.
One of them has been taking shots at becoming PM a couple times, and couldn’t even get that done. He’s now resorted to starting (culture) wars instead.

Germany - 4000 hours
Australia - 3500 hours
Spain - 2880 hours
United Kingdom - 2250 hours (plus if they want to carry a gun significant additional hours)
Canada - 2080 hours
New Zealand - 1924 hours

Honestly, for non violent stuff that’s already done, that’s a pretty good system. Having the police show up at that point is just a security blanket.
