They also do not have access to ‘whatever they want’. IOS and Android both use a containerized model and API to only allow access to approved APIs and only explicitly grant the permission. Same goes for the browser, you have to give it explicit access to geo location, camera, etc. Yeah they’ll have a browser string and IP like every other website on the planet.
