minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink19•11 months agoWhen you go to a cloth shop you just place your bag in a box and pay. No scanning or anything. It takes less than a minute. The employee had to help me because I was trying to figure out how to scan my stuff.

It’s definitely weird the first time you do it, but I’m assuming they’re using RFID technology, so each product has a little microchip in its price tag.
