Yes, I had the same thing when creating a “Greece” community. It happens when a community with that name has already been created and deleted. Message one of the admins and he will fix it for you!

I saw that there is already one on another server. I wouldn’t imagine that have any effect here. Fediverse can be weird.
It doesn’t, you can have two communities with the same name as long as they are on different servers!
