Then stop every federal dollar that they can from going to the state of Texas. Cancel contracts with businesses located in the state. They want to secede? Give them a taste.
One thing is for sure, Abbot has to respond or something will happen. When the government writes a demand letter, a non-response is not acceptable
Just start cutting any federal funding to the state.
