      I don’t know what OFMD is. Never heard of it before.

      I’m going to assume it’s “Only Fans, MD”. A show about a medical student struggling to pay their bills, who starts up an Only Fans to help. It’s such a success they invite other medical students, until gradually their entire class is involved.
