Decade long RiF user here and Connect functions and looks quite similarly. Only 24hrs in and I was more of a lurker so I have no clue about how it handles power user features.

I’m a RIF Refugee, and I was just recommended Connect for Lemmy, and I’m using it right now. It’s on the Play store.
Agreed. I was using Jerboa, but I installed Connect yesterday and this feels so much more polished.

I never used RIF to be honest, but it’s a web app so easy just to type it the url and see how it feels. Made the transition a lot easier for me!
