minus-squareCashewNut 🏴link2•8 months agoI think that’s how I cured my psychosis. When the psychiatrist refused to prescribe anti-psychotics I realised I could only help myself. So I stopped engaging with then listening to the voices and eventually I stopped hearing them.

Your brain learns to ignore them, just like how you don’t see your nose.
I think that’s how I cured my psychosis. When the psychiatrist refused to prescribe anti-psychotics I realised I could only help myself.
