I don’t know the full extent of what does carry salmonella risk, but here’s an fda piece about raw flour warning of salmonella exposure https://www.fda.gov/food/buy-store-serve-safe-food/handling-flour-safely-what-you-need-know Anecdotally I’ve heard that the raw flour in cookie dough is much more likely to make you sick than the raw eggs
