I’ve set Revanced to start on Subscriptions, instead of Home, so I’m not mentally spammed with whichever bullshit is “du jour”.
I also disabled shorts, because it was too easy to lose an hours of 2 to that mental cancer (even if some shorts were great).
Disable shorts via You (lower right) > Cog (upper right) > Revanced (pretty low) > Shorts components (at the bottom) > Hide Shorts in feed (first option).

Just set your favorite to be the subscription menu instead of the home page.
