Well, EN lost Pomu, its #1 talent, and Selen was the #2 talent. Not sure if the JP talents generate more income per talent, but there are more JP talents than EN talents I think.

Stock prices do have an effect on market cap. Which is a pretty serious problem if it plummets like this. Niji literally lost the equivalent of like $150 million in market cap because of this. The first day closed with -5% and today just closed with -6.5%. A downward trend that hard over literally two consecutive days will scare away investors, and without investors the company will have a hard time keeping up with expenses.

It doesn’t help that multiple merch companies, independant commission artists, clippers, and others have pulled all Niji related products and will no longer be partnering with them because of this. Thats a major problem as well. Can’t make merch revenue when the merch companies blacklist you. Can’t make talent music videos or artwork if the artists blacklist you. Can’t expand your reach to new audiences without clippers making short videos that are more successful in attracting a new audience than a 3 hour live stream vod.

This isn’t even mentioning all of the sponsors pulling out as well as the talents bleeding subs (which I don’t like). These two things WILL directly affect their bottom line.

My last paragraph addresses this. This situation literally gets worse every hour. Its a trainwreck happening in realtime.
