You can browse lemmy from Kbin and viceversa. You can browse both lemmy and Kbin from Mastodon, but don’t get access to upvotes or post ordering.
Right now you’d only need a mastodon and a lemmy/kbin account to have the full experience. Thus two, but not three accounts.
