Ireland’s a great country. The tax haven status that makes that GDP possible isn’t something to be proud of, but I can think of worse countries North America’s tax dollars can be going to.
Whilst also having one of the highest GDP per capita rate in the EU and giving zero aid to Ukraine.
There are 100, 000 Ukrainians living in sheltered accommodation in ireland and receiving special welfare payments…

GDP does not correlate to quality of living. It’s high because you’re a tax haven.
