minus-square@manicluckylink4•edit-21 year agoI felt it was leaning too hard into the grimdark and action for my liking. But that’s just my opinion, and there’s lots of room for taste. My husband’s favorite is Voyager and I think that one is less well regarded so to each thier own.

Wait I loved Discovery…

Hey, Voyager was my second most favorite!
Star Trek, unlike a lot of franchises, has a lot of allowance for taste while still being generally good. I think that’s part of its charm.
I feel the community is split between Voyager and DS9
