Wow, an article pointing out the issues with the age of both candidates? Bestill my heart!

But the evolutionary flip-side, in the view of many commentators, is becoming apparent in slips, verbal and physical, being made by both, but especially by Mr Biden.

And of course they suggest that Biden’s verbal gaffs, of which he has always had plenty thanks to his stutter, is somehow worse than Trump’s extreme befuddlement. Trump literally confused his current primary opponent (Nikki Haley) for the former Speaker of the House (Nancy Pelosi)* saying that Haley was in charge of security at the capitol on Jan-6 and also claiming that if Biden is elected we will soon be in World War II - Yes, World War II . He has also said he beat Obama in an election when he has never run against him. That same article quotes where he also claimed he beat George W. Bush whom he has also never run against.

Biden on the other hand accidentally says Mexico instead of Egypt during an otherwise coherent discussion and somehow Biden’s the one to worry about? Don’t get me wrong, they are both way too old to be running and I’d be happier if we had some realistic, younger choices. But I have to question the mental capacities of anyone who really believes that Biden, who had an (admittedly major) brain fart and asked after a Representative that had died the month before, is somehow worse than the guy who has totally lost contact with reality and seriously suggested that people inject bleach in their veins to cure Covid?
