    Why would someone leave a comment on an link they didn’t read?

      Playing devil’s advocate, there are reasons that aren’t just being stupid. I rarely see them in place, but it could happen

      As an example, one could make a tangential comment based on the title or thumbnail in the hopes of drumming up a conversation. One might even relate an anecdote or thought for the same reason, without the desire for interaction, but with the idea of contributing a semi-related thing.

      With advocacy finished, it is annoying as hell lol.

        I’ve replied to links I haven’t clicked countless times but I’ve never defending my position of ignorance by claiming it wasn’t worth getting the facts straight like this guy lol
