    Is the brined tofu homemade ? If so I would be curious to know how you do it !

      Yes, I just took firm tofu and brined it at home in sea water level salty water for 3 days in the refrigerator. Makes it taste like fresh cheese to me

        Thanks, I can imagine, it is actually similar to a tofu feta recipe I like !
