minus-squareMbourgon everywherelink2•1 year agoThere actually have been a couple of times, the most recent one I can think of is the Swatch “Beat” from the late 80s. There are also a couple sci-if books that use it (Stross, I think). The problem is inertia, and what problem does it solve.
