    For anybody wondering why this happened: too much butter

      Also not putting the dough in the fridge before baking. You can see the lefthand picture is already sweating, meaning it is very soft dough at room temp

        I think it was just nervous—bit of performance anxiety probably. But you can see by the smug, self-satisfied right hand side that it all worked out in the end.
