I don’t want to see porn on my feed, so i disabled nsfw. However, alot of memes are marked as nsfw. Is there anyway a new system could be implemented here in Lemmy? Like a nsfw filter and a rnsfw(really not safe for work)?

You must only look at local or subscribed. There’s an awful lot of porn on Lemmy, but it’s mostly on lemmynsfw.com.
That place is weird. Seems like 90% of its communities are celebrity names. Maybe it’s because I don’t have an account there, but that would also solve the OP’s issue. If you can’t really see things from there even with NSFW enabled, then it’s not really a problem.
They turned off showing NSFW content without login, so if you just go to the URL and don’t have an account, you’ll only see SFW stuff like the celeb communities. But if you’re on your home instance and do /all, you’ll see all the posts your instance is federated with, including the NSFW contents on that instance.
