      I am unfamiliar with the game, but ML just figures out problems with lots of randomness, lots of repetition and a ton of probability. Nuance is somewhat irrelevant just because of the number of patterns you can “store” in a neural network. (I am thinking of “nuance” in terms of something like a game of spades. Non-verbal communication between partners will win out almost every time, as an example.)
