I think I may understand whats been happening over the last few weeks. Its 2024 and the new model year of Sukhoi jets are rolling off assembly lines while previous year’s models are still sitting on dealership lots. They’re literally “blowing out” the old models to make room for the new ones with the help of Ukrainian air defense systems. /s
