It’s been a while since I’ve made a scratch pizza but I’ve done BBQ chicken (with BBQ sauce, chicken, and mozzarella) and pepperoni, sausage, and canned mushrooms. Cool. It’s been a while since I’ve made a scratch pizza but I’ve done BBQ chicken (with BBQ sauce, chicken, and mozzarella) and pepperoni, sausage, and canned mushrooms. I’m weird I don’t like fresh mushrooms, but I like the canned ones.
I prefer fresh mushrooms over canned, but I sautée them first to draw out the excess water.
Hmm, interesting. Maybe I should try that sometime.
