Do you have any more pictures? It’s hard to tell exactly but looks like some sort of heat shield for your exhaust system. Not an immediate problem (maybe) but the best way to fix it is just to push it back in place and find some way to re-attach it. It was probably ripped out and won’t go back in exactly.

Looks like a heat shield. It’s to help keep stuff from touching the hot exhaust pipes.
