Frieren vs Frieren + Fern was as epic as expected! The animation in this anime continues to amaze!
Poor Richter and Lawine, taken out by a replica of someone who wasn’t even one of the test takers! Wonder how Kanne will react to that.
With all those crazy mage-focused episodes, I kind of want a Slice of Life extra episode following Stark as he enjoys his well-earned vacations.
Mages in this world are just so much tougher; not sure about real life but in other shows a heart piercing wound would, if not kill immediately, be incapacitating instantly. So luckily they were still able to function and break the bottles to save themselves.
Natural selection! All the battle mages that dumped their constitution scores died before they could reach the power to even attempt a test to be First-Class, thus we only see the ones with insane durability that are left! Or at least that’s my theory.
