I had that experience as a casual smoker. But not an every day smoker. Like once or twice a week.
Hmmmm, id need more details tbh. How were you feeling physically? My instinct says 20-50mg

I’ll stick with my gut then but im not expert. Since you smoke semi regularly id go with that 10-15mg mark
