I was originally in a Blue state and had to jump through hoops to get a permit which I did finally get. I now live in an unrestricted state. I still have no urge to ever take the gun out of the house.
They used to require that you take an inexpensive short course to legally carry. They ended that restriction.
There is little crime compared to when I lived in a Blue state. Everyone here knows that the person that you fuck with might just have a gun. This discourages asshole criminals thinking they can take advantage of defenseless people
I have one gun I carry with me. One in the trunk. Two assault rifles In the trunk.
In my bedroom I have an another ar-15, a shotgun and two more handguns. I have several handguns throughout the house as well.
I also have storage in my basement for the rest.
I carry anytime I go to the blue side of town or a blue city.
