Or all of that but instead of electric cars the US massively invested in matching China, Germany, and Japan in high speed rail technology and we’re zipping around on trains that have a cruising speed of 300+ mph.
On the other hand, I was calling for a new vote before the 9/11 attacks, because GWB didn’t win that election.
