I have two options now. Working in a simple not well paid job i am trained in or continue working in IT. I would leave coding and switching to Helpdesk in IT since I burned out as a programmer. I believe the tech industry propaganda brought me to programming so I left the simple job I’m thinking going back to again.
I had left my current job to get a job with more possibility and pay but ultimately ended up coming back after they matched my pay, mostly because I like my coworkers here that have a more similar humor to me, and also because the company is bigger so Im more anonymous in a way. but the biggest reason was I accumulate more vacation hours after being here longer and I dont have any set schedule so I like to come in early to be able to get home early and enjoy my time out of work
