I have just discovered the amazing wonder that Japanese curry blocks hold. I’ve made curried pork and curried chicken with them, but I’m guessing there are all kinds of things you can do with them besides using them the way the box suggests. What other things do you make with them, fellow cooks?
I don’t have any unusual recipes to share because I use it for the same as you (chicken and pork), but I wanted to ask what brand you’re using? I currently use S&B Golden Curry (Hot).
That’s exactly the one I used. When I go back to the store I’m going to buy a bunch of them and try out different ones.
