    Speaking with the admins, I’m going to remove this comment based on this lemmy.world policy:

    The phrasing is a little vague, there’s some discussion on re-writing it and what the definition of “publicly available” is.

    If things change and the comment is allowed under the new phrasing, I’ll restore it. For now we’re choosing to err on the side of caution.

      Isn’t it though? That’s sort of the point of the article. Also, his name is now publicly available many places.

        We’re treating it like this, if reputable news sources aren’t allowing it, then we aren’t allowing it either.
