If she was smart, she would have come to that conclusion herself. Which leaves one conclusion about herself…

She’s getting what she wants from it though. Clicks and views. It’s all about posturing. It’s just virtue signaling with garbage for virtues.

The media has a lot to answer for. She’s not a serious person, but they keep showering her with coverage.

It’s similar to how they elect Trump.

The media has some responsibility for sure but ultimately it’s consumers that dictate what the media broadcasts. If people didn’t watch, they’d cover someone/something else. All media, npr included, needs an audience, and covering shitbags gets clicks and views. Journalism isn’t what it used to be. The standard isn’t telling truth or fact, it’s selling ads and making the broadcasters money. This is just another feature of the free market.

I don’t disagree, but I think the media, who continually demand our respect, should be held to a higher standard.

And I’m not entirely convinced the consumer is the driving demand for this . The media create the demand.

She pronounced “cabal” as “cable,” when she self-shot a Qanon video. It ended up in that documentary on HBO. She’s dumber than bricks.

I learned a lot of words from reading, so I didn’t know how to pronounce them until I heard them in context. She’s a moron, but not because of that.
