Not others, the rule shouldn’t be for anyone. Or rather, they should be made reasonable instead of ridiculous. If it makes you feel any better i feel like you (youand everyone else who can’t handle a decent speed) shouldn’t have a license either as it should be a stricter process and we should be organizing our cities for people instead of cars.
You too can easily trick these shitty little towns out of their ticket farming money. Just follow the rules like everyone else.
