I’m not sure it really counts as shredding, but Chris Hannah from Propagandhi is probably the best damn guitar player in punk. His specialty is more complicated chords, but between him and Sulynn they put together some blistering solos.

The outtro to Back to the Motor League is probably my favorite, but there are some good ones off of the Supporting Caste and Potempkin City Limits albums.
