I have found that it actually does help with getting to sleep: even if I think I’m not tired when I go to bed, I actually fall asleep quite quickly.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish3•8 months agoMy struggle is with falling asleep when only mildly sleepy. One little mental jolt and I’m awake again. Generally I’m in bed between 11-11:30 but some days that gets pushed out past midnight.
I have been trying to go to bed at roughly the same time each night, regardless of how tired/sleepy I feel.
