It’s more for other readers. I assume you know the difference and used libel because the meme was written word. Most people who don’t know the difference tend to refer to everything as slander.
Because in a party full of corruption, one freshman congressman raping a kid doesn’t even register on their radar. They’ve got much bigger crimes to ignore and hide.
Your point still stands, but he said it at Georgetown University, so that would be slander.
