Biden also makes at least the bare minimum effort to stay active for a man his age, so form-fitting is naturally going to complement him more. Trump on the other hand eats everything within arm’s reach that he’s not planning to throw at someone in a fit of rage.

He is probably in a place with his body shape that a closely tailored suit would be very uncomfortable, so he gets them made bigger to both be comfortable and to hide how bad his shape is.
