Soon preseason starts with friendlies, a lot of media stuff, and build up to the new season.

How much do you engage? Nothing, catch up on updates, going to a game, follow every friendly, watch every bit of content social media content?

What are you looking forward to seeing? The 353 carrying on? New signings? Younger players that we’ve not seen yet (Bajcetic wasn’t on most of our radars last preseason)?

How optimistic are you feeling?

    Found myself completely detached last season but always watch the highlights, kind of fell out of love with football over recent years but I’m wanting to jump in the deep end and tattoo a liverbird on my forehead.

    I think it’s down to watching more social media content based around the club and players leaving that held special places in recent history with fantastic performances. Bobby, Ox and Milly the standouts, kind of feels end of an era to some extent.

    I’m looking forward to seeing the players start again, form last season was so stop start until the last 3rd of the season, nobody really got going. Gakpo probably excites me the most but I’m desperate for Darwin to take those couple of steps up and start confidently burying chances. Both new signings are also very exciting and I think there’s at least 1 more coming, but I hope 2.

    Fairly optimistic of a top 4 finish but with (seemingly) a new midfield core and system I think we’ll be way shy of a title challenge.
