NIMBY’s of the Northside! Pretty sure the real issue is that building apartments might bring down the 99.95% white population of the northside.

I think you are thinking of the wrong area of town, Costco on the east side is in the Powers Corridor not Briargate. The apartment complex in question is up near Corderra and Pine Creek High School.
