ISIS fights against all America’s enemies. Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya…

Thankfully israel funds ISIS by buying their oil. And ISIS decided to attack Iran, Syria and now even Russia! Very convenient people!

It’s weird your source is saying Israel was mostly buying ISIS oil, while the FT article they heavily draw from actually says most of it was coming out of Kurdish territories, with the funds being used for Peshmerga forces fighting against ISIS

Taking all reporting into account it looks like all the produced oil going through Turkish traders with nobody down the chain caring who they’re funding

The oil is extracted from Dir A-Zur in Syria and two fields in Iraq and transported to the Kurdish city of Zakhu in a triangle of land near the borders of Syria, Iraq and Turkey. Israeli and Turkish mediators come to the city and when prices are agreed, the oil is smuggled to the Turkish city of Silop marked as originating from Kurdish regions of Iraq and sold for $15-18 per barrel

It passes hands a few times to avoid direct links. Someone traced it back. Came from ISIS.

You’re pretty delusional if you think every drop of oil can be traced back in such an active conflict. You should read up on more sources and you’ll see everyone was buying cheap oil from the intermediaries. You could say Assad was funding ISIS with Russian support, but it’s a pretty useless statement once you know where it comes from

I’m glad you are denying this report by making random claims about drops of oil.

Did you know oil goes into barrels? Onto trucks? So much cool info that’s mentioned in the article. You can even read the article before commenting on it to defend israel!

                >Israel has imported as much as three-quarters of its oil from Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdish north in recent months, providing a vital source of funds to the cash-strapped region as it fights militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isis).

What article are you even reading at this point? Your quote is literally not in there.

In August, the “Financial Times” reported that Israel obtained 75% of its oil supplies from Iraqi Kurdistan. More than a third of such exports go through the port of Ceyhan, which the FT describe as a “potential gateway for ISIS-smuggled crude."

“Israel has in one way or another become the main marketer of ISIS oil. Without them, most ISIS-produced oil would have remained going between Iraq, Syria and Turkey. Even the three companies would not receive the oil if they did not have a buyer in Israel,” an industry official told the newspaper “al-Araby al-Jadeed.”

That’s exactly my point, you have to read the related articles as well to get a better understanding.

In short : whoever controlled the oil fields at any point in time was selling to whoever was buying, and Israel was buying from whoever was selling. There’s examples in there of Syrian armed groups actively fighting against ISIS while at the same time buying their oil…

But by only linking that one article you seem to want to imply that Israel was specifically trying to fund ISIS, which is deceitful at best

I’d check if anything you’re saying is true, but its pointless to do that with hezbara members.
