Pakistan repeatedly snaked Iran for their pipeline and never built their end because the USA demanded they don’t buy Iranian oil or gas and the [insert slur] army obliged and they’ve been in an energy deficit ever since.

The funny thing is now some army dudes run an illegal petrol/oil smuggle business because it’s always in such high demand.
