    I could actually believe frazetta might do something like this as a joke. There’s a lot of little bits that actually match his style enough to be believable at first glance. Doesn’t hold up to scrutiny, there’s too many little bits that don’t match for it to be convincing to someone that’s spent way too much time enjoying fantasy artists like Frazetta.

    Like, if this had been a commission, and he did it for the money with constraints to his usual media of choice, I could see it.

      One of my favorite Frazetta stories.

      The publisher’s rep is getting tired of Frazetta doing nothing but heroic figures for book covers. Decides to throw Frank a curveball and asks him for a cover for ‘The Fall of Atlantis.’

      Frazetta does a heroic statue being knocked over by a wave.
