A bus carrying migrants from a Texas border city has arrived in downtown Los Angeles for the second time in less than three weeks.

If that is human trafficking then every bus picking up illegals in Texas and taken them to the dozens and dozens of other places is also human trafficking.

  Yeah, that’s the point. But nobody wants to be the guy that charges a sitting governor.
