My absolutely favorite cold beetroot soup for hot summer! Tried it in Lithuania on my vacation few years back and it was love at first sip. It is called Šaltibarščiai (sorry if I misspelled something I’m not Lithuanian:)). It’s fantastic!

Im sure this tastes great, but my mind immediately thinks “pepto bismol soup”
I’m sure it’s great but the thumbnail made me think it would be some kind of creamy blueberry with egg lol
