As preconstruction condo sales in Toronto plummet to levels not seen since the global financial crisis 15 years ago, developers are now turning to more lucrative incentives to try to entice prospective buyers.
Assuming this is a sincere question. On the Vancouver side parking spaces in presales were about 35k in 2017 they’re now about 55k. A lot of new builds don’t include 1:1 parking space to bedroom for a while now.
Also regarding the rental, there’s plenty of condo landlords that will not include a space or storage unless the tenant wants to pay extra. Otherwise they just post it on the bulletin board and get whatever for it anyways.
